On January 10th, 2023, Nicolas Robinson-Garcia participated as invited speaker at the seminar ‘Ensuring Inclusive Research Careers’, co-organised by the Royal Irish Academy and the Higher Education Authority and celebrated in Dublin. There he had the chance to share some of the findings of the COMPARE project and discuss with university managers and academics from the RIA how diversity can be promoted and the role evaluation would play on this.

Among other participants, there were Dagmara Niedziela, a former postdoc working now at the firm Ardigen, and Bert Overlaet from KU Leuven. Special thanks to the organizers and specially Aniga Maguire and Grace Mulcahy who where excellent hosts.
